When it's cold enough to instantly vaporize boiling water outside, I have to wonder, HOW on earth did the pioneers survive winters in Almost Canada and WHY did they stay?! Their wagon wheels must have frozen to the ground so they were stuck. ;)
It's days like today that I am extra thankful for our warm home and modern conveniences. We have it so good with our auto starters, heated seats, oh, and electricity!

Love it! We have had two years without snow....we miss it!!
Very cool!! I'm so sad I didn't know this trick when we were there! It almost makes me want to come back so we can try it...almost!
